  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Brilliant Bash ships merchandise via regular mail through Canada Post.   We usually process orders within 2-3 business days, plus the designated delivery time outlined for each country's shipping options.  As parcels are shipped via regular mail, Brilliant Bash cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the designated time frame.

    If you require your order by a particular date, we recommend you order express/expedited delivery, so please contact us and we will arrange a shipping quote for you. 

    If your shipping address is incorrect and the package is returned, undeliverable, refused or is returned to us, we will not credit back the shipping charge of the purchase.



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws vary in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.     Brilliant Bash does not offer refunds or returns on purchased products.  Brilliant Bash only accepts returned items that have been broken or ruined in the shipping and delivery process, and only if the items are returned, in full, to Brilliant Bash.  For customer enquiries, please access the Contact Us page, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
